I’m Charles Paxton, an award-winning and versatile business catalyst who delights in delivering exceptional value for clients singly and in
cross-functional agile project teams. I’m an accomplished digital creative, a web designer and content creator / manager with over 20 years
of experience in IT and a proven history of innovation and problem-solving.
The last 3.5 years I’ve been privileged to train and work at IBM’s Monroe CIC, I entered as apprentice Application Developer in Java & Web
technologies in 2022 and was Team Player of The Quarter (Q2 2025) on the development of a highly innovative AI Ops project . A BIG

Formerly I served as Adjunct Lecturer in Tokyo and surrounds with six universities and was an early adopter of the web for sharing course
materials in the ‘90’s. From 2006 I developed digital marketing materials in the UK and served my community as Parish Councilor (Crosby
Ravensworth, Cumbria) with responsibility for rural broadband development and trees.
I bring more than 15 years of experience in web technologies with a focus on communications, web-based marketing, web design, management and content
production. I leverage experience in research, communication, and 13-years tenure as an adjunct faculty to problem solving and delivering client satisfaction enhanced
by Watsonx GenAI through IBM Consulting Advantage and AskLighthouse.a business catalyst living in West Monroe, Northeast Louisiana. Alongside Business Analyst
work I make and maintain websites. I was blessed to work for IBM’s Monroe Client Innovation Center for 3.5 yrs, where I trained in the IBM Apprenticeship Program as
a Consultant in Java and Web technologies, soaking up and employing the Agile work praxis on internal and external projects.
I enjoyed exploring and employing IBM’s rapidly evolving Gen AI tools to useful affect and am proud to have worked on an innovative Gen AI FinOps application. I’m
very grateful to view pleased to use Graphic User Interface (GUI) website design software and content management systems to deliver client satisfaction both in the UK
and The United States where I now reside wth my wife. All my clients are remote to a certain extent and I consider myself blessed to be able to work here and study as
a Louisiana Master Naturalist.
I began making commercial websites with Serif Webplus and Wordpress and I now use XARA since Serif changed their name and business focus to Affinity.
I continue to provide website production (UK, US, and Kenyan clients) and video.
